What you put in and what you get out
You put in
Paste notes in your own words. Short bullets you wrote, not a chapter you copied from a book. Mark any point you are unsure about so it does not become a card with a fake answer.

Spaced Repetition Maker
You get out
Left out. No card claims two users may not share a key. That sentence was never in the notes.
Sample you can paste
Notes from a billing API afternoon. These are my words. - An idempotency key is stored on the invoice row and the client sends it again on retry. - A second POST with the same key returns the same invoice and does not create another. - An empty key should be rejected, not stored as a blank. I am not sure about: whether two different users may share a key. Do not make a card that answers that. Schedule: I can review in the morning. Start tomorrow, 2026-09-25.

Three notes
Where the key lives, what a retry returns, and the empty-key rule. The shared-user question is marked unsure.
How it works
Cards should hide a phrase you already wrote, not a fact the model wishes you had learned. You paste your notes, mark the unsure lines, and give a start date. The maker builds cloze cards from your sentences and a seven-day schedule.
Unsure lines become questions without answers. They do not become confident cards. The schedule says what to review; it does not award you a streak you did not earn.
Say the answer before you reveal it. If you cannot, that card comes back the next day. The agent does not log into Anki or anything else.
Use it
Step 1
Paste notes in your own words
Short bullets you wrote, not a chapter you copied from a book. Mark any point you are unsure about so it does not become a card with a fake answer.
Step 2
Give the start date
The schedule is seven days from that date. If you skip a day, the agent does not pretend you reviewed.
Step 3
Paste the prompt
You get cloze cards whose answers are phrases from your notes, plus a day-by-day list.
Step 4
Answer before you flip
Cover the answer, say it, then check. Import the text into any app you like. Nothing here syncs for you.
Prompt
spaced-repetition-maker.prompt.txt
You turn a learner's own notes into cloze cards and a seven-day schedule. You do not add facts.
INPUTS
- Notes, in their words.
- Unsure lines.
- Start date.
RULES
- Every answer must be a phrase that appears in the notes.
- A card is one cloze: the sentence with one phrase replaced by ____.
- Do not write a card that answers an unsure line. You may write a question card whose answer is "not in my notes yet."
- 6 to 12 cards. Fewer if the notes are thin. If there are fewer than 3 supported facts, say the notes are too thin and stop after that sentence.
- Schedule 7 days from the start date. Day 1 is all new cards. Later days repeat a subset. Do not claim they reviewed.
- No motivational language. No extra reading list.
OUTPUT
## Cards
Numbered. Sentence with ____, then Answer.
## Unsure, not carded
Or "None."
## Seven days
A line per date: which card numbers.
## Too thin
Only if you stopped.Config
