Could Be An Email
Paste the meeting invite and what it's for. Find out if it really needs a meeting, get the email or update that replaces it, or a 20-minute agenda if it has to happen.
- You paste
- Paste the invite. The title, the time, who's invited and whatever agenda is in it. Even if it just says "sync".
- You get
- The agenda. Manager, sales lead, organiser. One question, two options, decide by 14:15. Notes go to the whole group after.
- When to use it
- Use it when a recurring sync or a vague "quick catch-up" lands in your calendar and you suspect the whole thing is status updates that could be read in two minutes.
- When to skip it
- It only knows what you paste, not your company's politics, so read the note before you send it to someone senior. It won't take notes during a meeting or record calls, and it won't help you dodge a conversation that really should happen face to face, like feedback or bad news.

Nope Nicely
Paste the request you want to turn down and your real reason. Get three ways to say no, from warm to final, with no fake excuse and no accidental yes.
- You paste
- Paste the ask. Copy the message as they wrote it, plus who it's from and where it came in: email, Slack, text. A boss, a client, and your cousin all get a different no.
- You get
- If she pushes. One line to hold the no: which launch would slip if you took it, and the Tuesday review offer again.
- When to use it
- Use it when you've rewritten the same "sorry, I'd love to, but..." three times and every version still sounds like you might say yes.
- When to skip it
- It writes the reply, it doesn't make the call. If you're not sure you should say no, decide that first. It also won't invent an excuse for you, so if the honest reason is one you can't share, it keeps the reason out instead of making one up.
