Less Robot vs Prompt Debugger

The short answer

Both deal with ChatGPT output you don't like. Prompt Debugger fixes the prompt, so the next answers come out right. Less Robot fixes one piece of text you already have. Getting bad answers again and again, use Prompt Debugger. One draft that just sounds robotic, use Less Robot.

Less Robot

Paste a draft ChatGPT wrote for you and two things you wrote yourself. Get the same message back without the "delve", the "I hope this finds you well" and the three-part lists, in your own voice.

You paste
Paste the AI draft. The email, message, post or cover letter ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini wrote for you. Keep the facts in it that are right.
You get
What it cut. "hope this finds you well", "delve", "rest assured", "robust, scalable and user-friendly", "don't hesitate to reach out". Facts kept: late, data problem, 14 Nov.
When to use it
Use it right after ChatGPT hands you a draft that's correct but obviously AI, the moment before you paste it into an email, Slack or LinkedIn and someone spots the "delve".
When to skip it
It keeps the draft's facts, so a wrong fact stays wrong. Check them yourself. It's not for passing off AI writing where AI isn't allowed, like school work, and it won't promise to fool AI detectors. Without samples of your writing it can only make the text plainer.

Prompt Debugger

Paste a prompt that keeps giving you bad answers, plus one bad answer. Get the exact lines causing it and a fixed prompt.

You paste
Collect the evidence. Copy the full prompt exactly as the model sees it, including the system prompt and any template variables. Then grab one bad answer. One real failure tells the agent more than a description of it.
You get
Fixed prompt. Reader named, friendliness rule cut, JSON schema with one filled example, and a 'no prose outside the JSON' line. Each change tied to a bug.
When to use it
Use it when a prompt mostly works but gives the same wrong answer every few runs, and adding IMPORTANT in caps made it worse.
When to skip it
It needs at least one real bad answer. Without an example of the failure, it can only give general advice.
