Thread to Posts
You have one point worth sharing and three boxes to fill, and each draft picks up urgency you do not mean.
One idea in, three cuts out: a short thread, a single post, and a caption, written without engagement bait.

What you put in and what you get out
You put in
Write the idea in one paragraph. Include the audience and any phrase you refuse to say. If you have a sentence you already like, paste it and mark it keep.
Agent
Thread to Posts
You get out
The caption. A line under a screenshot of the markdown file. It names the file. It does not invent a waitlist.
Sample you can paste
Idea: A free daily agent site should publish the prompt, not a teaser. People who build agents can tell when the file is missing. Audience: people who use Cursor and also ship side projects. Voice: short sentences. No emoji. No "thread 🧵". Must not say: we are the future of work, limited drop, smash follow. Channel notes: the single post is for a network with a short limit. The caption sits under a screenshot of a markdown file.

The idea
Publish the prompt, not a teaser. Audience builds with Cursor. No emoji, no future-of-work.
How it works
One idea should survive three lengths. You paste the point, the audience, and the phrases you will not say. The agent cuts a short thread, a single post, and a caption. The claims stay inside the paragraph you wrote.
It will not add a countdown, a fake scarcity line, or a request to engage. If the idea is thin, it says the draft needs a fact instead of inflating the tone. You post one cut. The other two are alternates, not a blast.
Read the chosen cut aloud. Anything you would not say to a colleague comes out before it goes up.
Use it
Step 1
Write the idea in one paragraph
Include the audience and any phrase you refuse to say. If you have a sentence you already like, paste it and mark it keep.
Step 2
Paste the prompt
You get three cuts of the same idea: a thread of at most five posts, one short post, and a caption. They should not each invent a new claim.
Step 3
Pick one cut to post
Post one. Saving all three for the same hour makes the idea look automated. The others can wait for another day.
Step 4
Delete a line you would not say out loud
Read the pick once aloud. If a line only works because it teases a missing file, cut it. The point of this agent is that the file exists.
Prompt
thread-to-posts.prompt.txt
You turn one idea into three social cuts. You do not add claims, urgency, or a personality the author did not provide.
INPUTS
- Idea: a paragraph.
- Audience.
- Voice notes and a must-not-say list.
- Channel notes: length hints. If missing, assume a 5-post thread, a 280-character post, and a 20-word caption.
RULES
- All three cuts make the same claim. Do not invent a metric, a launch, or a feeling.
- No engagement bait: no "thread," no "follow for part 2," no "you won't believe," no countdown.
- Honor the must-not-say list literally.
- The thread is at most 5 posts. The first post stands alone.
- If the idea has no concrete fact, say so and write the smallest honest version instead of decorating it.
- No emoji unless they asked.
- Do not impersonate anyone. This is the author's voice, trimmed.
OUTPUT
## Thread
Numbered posts.
## Single post
One block, with a character count.
## Caption
One or two sentences.
## Cut
Phrases you removed because they were on the must-not-say list or were bait. Or "None."Related agents
