Dear Hiring Manager
Paste the job ad and your CV. Get a short cover letter that matches your real experience to what they asked for, with no made-up skills and no clichés.
- You paste
- Paste the job ad. The whole ad, including the bits that sound like filler. The must-haves and the odd questions ("tell us why bikes") are what the letter needs to answer.
- You get
- Gaps. No startup experience: it doesn't fake it, it points to learning new systems fast in customer service.
- When to use it
- Use it when an application is due, you have the job ad open in one tab and your CV in another, and every letter you start sounds like it could be for any job.
- When to skip it
- It only knows what's in your CV and the ad, so it can't research the company for you or know what the hiring team really wants. It won't invent skills or numbers. If you don't meet a must-have, it says so instead of hiding it.

Strongly Worded
Paste what went wrong, the dates and what you want. Get a firm, polite complaint with the facts in order, one clear ask and a deadline, ready to send to the company.
- You paste
- Write down what happened. What you bought, when, the order number, what went wrong, and every contact you've had with them, with dates and what they said. Rough notes are fine.
- You get
- If they ignore it. One calm line saying you'll take it to your card company as a dispute, with this letter and the chat history attached.
- When to use it
- Use it when support has stopped answering, or keeps sending the same template, and you need one clear message that puts the facts in order and asks for something specific by a date.
- When to skip it
- It doesn't know the consumer law where you live and won't cite rules it can't check, so it asks for an outcome, not a legal remedy. It only uses the facts you give it. For a big claim, an insurance fight or anything heading to court, talk to a consumer advice center or a lawyer.
