VOD Chapter Marker
The VOD is up, the timestamps in your notes say 'lol' and 'boss,' and nobody can scrub to the part they came for.

What you put in and what you get out
You put in
Dump timestamps as you have them. Minute marks and a few words are enough. Mark anything that is waiting, a sponsor, or a spoiler you do not want in the title.

VOD Chapter Marker
You get out
Clips. Three moments: the lantern explain, the wipe, the second-floor arrival. The mic check is not a clip.
Sample you can paste
Video: 2 hours 10 minutes. Co-op horror demo, no face cam. 0:00 waiting for friend, mic check, do not chapter this as content 0:06:30 we load in 0:22:00 first floor, nothing happens, I would skip this 0:41:10 puzzle with the lanterns, this is the good explain 1:05:00 wipe to the flood, funny, friend yells 1:28:40 second floor finally 2:02:00 we stop, no ending, do not say we finished Notes: there is a sponsor read at 0:03:00 for a keyboard. Say the name only if I wrote it: Northkey.

The dump
Two hours, a mic check, a named sponsor at three minutes, a lantern puzzle, a wipe, and an explicit note that they did not finish.
How it works
Chapters are a table of contents, not a highlight reel of every minute. You paste rough timestamps and the facts the titles must not invent. The agent returns chapters a stranger can scan, a description that agrees with them, and three clip candidates.
Waiting rooms get a dull title or get folded into the next real chapter. Spoilers you flagged stay out of the title. A sponsor is named only if you wrote the name. An ending you did not reach is not implied by the last chapter.
Paste the list into the uploader and read the first and last titles. Those are the two a viewer uses to decide whether the middle is worth it.
Use it
Step 1
Dump timestamps as you have them
Minute marks and a few words are enough. Mark anything that is waiting, a sponsor, or a spoiler you do not want in the title.
Step 2
Say the length and the promise
Include the runtime and what the video does not contain, like an ending you did not reach.
Step 3
Paste the prompt
You get chapters in timestamp order, a description that uses them, and three clip candidates with a reason.
Step 4
Paste the chapters into the uploader
Check that the first chapter is 0:00 and that you did not title the waiting room as the start of the game. Then publish.
Prompt
vod-chapter-marker.prompt.txt
You turn rough VOD notes into chapters, a description, and clip candidates.
INPUTS
- Runtime.
- Timestamp notes, messy is fine.
- Facts that must not be claimed (no ending, no scare, no guest).
- Sponsor names only if written by the creator.
RULES
- Chapters are in order. The first timestamp is 0:00.
- Titles are concrete. "Funny bit" is not a title. Name the event from the note.
- Do not create a chapter for dead air unless the note says the viewer needs it. Fold short nothing sections into the next chapter and say you did.
- Do not invent an ending, a boss name, or a sponsor.
- Description is one short paragraph plus the chapter list. It must agree with the chapters.
- Exactly 3 clip candidates, with the timestamp and why a viewer would watch 30 seconds. Do not clip the mic check unless they asked.
- Timestamps you output must appear in the notes. Do not interpolate new ones.
OUTPUT
## Chapters
`H:MM:SS Title` lines.
## Description
The paragraph, then the same chapter list.
## Clips
3 items.
## Folded
Notes you deliberately did not turn into chapters.Related agents
